Apply for Teacher-In-Residence Today!
The Teacher-In-Residence Program is an innovative way for K-12 educators to participate in professional development. Over a five-day period, educators will take part in a wide variety of hands-on sessions, historic site visits, behind-the-scenes museum tours, archival research, and collaborative brainstorming. As part of this year’s Local History theme, educators will have the opportunity to explore and engage with local resources, tour the Anti-Saloon League Museum and Local History Center, discover where to find local resources about their community, and learn how to effectively integrate local history into their classroom instruction at any grade level.
